英国新政府公布紧急预算 重点削减财政赤字

英国财政大臣乔治·奥斯本22日公布了保守党和自由民主党联合政府5月中旬成立来的第一份预算案，宣布将通过削减公共开支和增加税收来减少财政赤字。
根据这份紧急预算案，从本年度到2014－2015财政年度，英国政府每年将削减政府开支320亿英镑（1英镑约合1.48美元）。为此，政府将采取3年内冻结儿童津贴、年收入超过2.1万英镑的公职人员两年内不加薪以及削减其他政府开支等措施。此外，社会福利支出每年也将削减110亿英镑。
另一方面，奥斯本在预算案中宣布将增值税上调2.5个百分点，但公司税率将从目前的27％逐步下调，到2014－2015年度降至24％。
奥斯本称，削减财政赤字目标的80％将通过财政紧缩措施来实现，另外的20％依靠增加税收来完成。
