英国遭遇近50年来最严重干旱 水库告急

英国政府最近发出干旱预警，称该国目前正在遭受46年来最大一次干旱。
英国气象局数据显示，2010年头五个月英国平均降水量为318.99毫米，逼近1964年英国干旱年的307.99毫米，而正常平均降水量应为424.1毫米。英国西北部地区旱情最为严重，几乎所有水库蓄水量都不足。
英国环境署及联合公用事业公司正采取措施应对干旱。英国环境署称，如果旱情继续，将会在夏季启动限令，限制居民使用橡胶管浇灌花园或清洗车辆。英国联合公用事业公司已经从周边地区开始调水，以保证正常供水，同时号召用户节约用水。
同时，法国，意大利等欧洲许多地区正遭受暴雨和山洪的袭击。
