You’ll start the programme with an intensive 2 day induction to help you settle in and gain a better understanding of our organisation and what we can offer you. After that, you’ll be placed with one team for the duration of the programme and will be assigned a line manager and buddy who will work closely with you on the delivery of day-to-day tasks. You will also complete a project which will help you get a clear understanding of the work undertaken within your chosen business area and at the end of the summer you will present your project to the executive board.
Throughout the summer, our interns also attend regular social and business networking events and attend seminars delivered by our business heads to help develop skills that will be valuable to you in the workplace. At the end of the summer, top performers will be offered a place on our graduate programme the following year.
Opportunities are available in 2 business areas, each one offering a range of placements to suit your individual skills and interests:
-Analytics (Pricing & Underwriting and Actuarial)
-Market Research & Analysis
The Application Deadline is 31st January 2012 and the programme runs from 2nd July - 24th August 2012. Our Internships also offer a competitive salary and 3 days paid holiday.
