  Job description

  Project management within a technical arena.

  We are looking for graduates with a wide range of skills, not restricted to purely technical capabilities. We are looking for people with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and simply. Relationship management is key, as you will be communicating with a variety of audiences whilst working on business-critical projects initiating, delivering and managing change across the organisation. Our current graduates have negotiated contracts and been key to the design and implementation of projects across multiple business units.

  Your first year will combine extensive technical and business-aligned training with two six-month placements in our service delivery and business teams. Your second year will be based on three criteria: your aspirations, our business needs and your performance.

  The door will also be open to international placements.
